Rage on Blu-ray is better

At least these are the statements that Carmack is getting "friendly" to the console world and less and less inclined to support the prince as a car pc, just look at the abandonment of the first Open-GL and the latest news on the Tech 5, the game engine, designed for the console not only technical but also as a control.
Rage said, being a title with multiple purposes will require lots of disk space, and only on Blu-ray on the PS3 and only then, will have a single medium: on PC and Xbox 360 will be divided into different DVD, thus making use the slightly more cumbersome (depending on whether the content should be loaded for chapters or 'zones', but wanting to save enough on the DVD disc using the first surplus in streaming).
On Steam, however, the problem will be only 20-odd Gb occupied: I am personally interested in the title, but I want to understand if this space was used for a real benefit or only modest improvements. To a lesser extent
these issues will be issues in Doom4.
